We are a small family business. We do not have our products in "stock", everything is handmade to order. This means we must order material special for each order that is placed. Once our material is cut to begin making your order, refunds are not possible. We recommend ordering in small quantities prior to ordering multiples to verify our product is right for you. Please be kind enough and give us the opportunity to fix any problems you may have. We can not resolve the issue if we do not know there is a problem. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive your findings and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Items sent back with no prior communication will be sent back. However it is our goal to have satisfied customers, we will work towards a resolution if given the chance prior to sending items back.
SPECIAL POLICY FOR METAL FINDINGS
Once an order has been placed, paid for and our material has been cut we can not offer a refund on our made to order precious metal findings. We may offer a store credit in some instances. In no circumstance will orders for large quantities of our made to order precious metal findings be eligible for an exchange or refund unless we have made a mistake. This policy applies to all custom orders and any special reserved listings as well.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Any exchange allowed at our discretion must be delivered to us within 7 business days in a padded mailer with a copy of the invoice. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost on exchanged items. Please email us with any questions or concerns.
