  • Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the USA and Internationally using (USPS) United States Postal Service.  All shipping is free from our website.

    Handmade precious metal findings will not ship for up 7 business days. This 7 business day figure is based on payment date. Glass items are ready for immediate shipment. If you order glass items in addition to our made to order findings, the glass beads will not ship for up 7 business days.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Atlantis Glass & Bead is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Atlantis Glass & Bead charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and shipped within California. 7.75% will be the tax rate.



  • Return Policy

  • Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive your beads or findings and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work towards a resolution.   Shipping fees are not refundable. Any exchange or refund allowed at our discretion must be delivered to us within 7 business days in a padded mailer with a copy of the invoice and reason for return. Please email us with any questions or concerns.

    SPECIAL POLICY FOR METAL FINDINGS
    Once an order has been placed, paid for and our material has been cut we can not offer a refund on our made to order precious metal findings. We may offer a store credit in some instances. In no circumstance will orders for large quantities of our made to order precious metal findings be eligible for an exchange or refund unless we have made a mistake. This policy applies to all custom orders as well.
